Guided family fishing

Come and enjoy a great family fishing experience

Accompanied by a guide, young and old alike will learn about the different species of fish that inhabit the river, as well as how to recognize the best places to get a catch! Thanks to the Pêche en herbe program, children aged 6 to 17 leave with a Guliver guide and a license valid until they turn 18.

Doing an activity at the Park also means contributing to the protection, conservation and enhancement of the Rivière des Mille îles and its tributaries. The money raised goes towards conserving the river's rich natural environments and endangered species.

• Boat used: Rabaska
• Location of activity: Berge du Garrot and Sainte-Rose archipelago.
• Knowledge required: None.
• Physical abilities required : Ability to paddle in a group.
• Fishing permit required for adults.

As the activity includes a fishing period, the paddling trip takes less time. However, the activity is only offered to children aged 6 and over, to avoid difficulties or inability to hold a paddle properly.
