Take an introductory lesson

Doing an activity in the Park is also contributing to the protection, conservation and enhancement of the Mille îles River and its tributaries. The money raised is used to conserve the rich natural environment of the river and the species at risk.

All summer long, the Park offers kayak and stand-up paddleboard lessons in co-operation with MEC. It’s the perfect opportunity to learn the rudiments of these watersports from an expert.
