These last few weeks have been particularly difficult all over the world, and even here in Quebec. On the other hand, we can be proud as a society to have this desire and this capacity to stick together to face adversity, in addition to being able to count on responsible and united elected officials in the face of this crisis.

Last Monday, March 16, we announced that we had to close the Exploration Center and cancel all our activities offered to the general public for an indefinite period out of concern for the health of our customers as well as that of our employees. In addition, employees returning from vacations abroad were mandated to work from home for a minimum of 14 days.

To follow up on the government's announcement yesterday afternoon, March 23, being a non-essential business, we also had to close the administrative offices until April 13, 2020. A small part of our administrative team remains at work in teleworking mode and rest assured that if you communicate with us by email at [email protected] or by telephone at 450 622 1020, we will respond to you within 24 to 48 hours.

We are aware that this period is difficult and that it requires an effort from all our loyal customers. But we believe that it is thanks to respecting all the measures put in place by our government that we will be able to slow down this pandemic. We continue to work hard on our spring/summer 2020 programming to offer you a safe and enjoyable experience. We look forward to being able to welcome our customers again.
