1) DAY CAMP | 6 TO 8 YEARS OLD
LAUNCH OF REGISTRATIONS: MARCH 6 AT NOON
Your child will conquer the river every week this summer thanks to the Aventurier de nature Day Camp! An enriching adventure accompanied by dynamic counselors. The Parc de la Rivière-des-Mille-Îles offers a choice of 4 themes adapted to children aged 6 to 8.
In the Shoes of a Naturalist
As amateur naturalists, your children will discover the richness of the fauna and flora of the Mille Îles River. Every day, they will sail from island to island and investigate the mammals, birds, plants, fish and insects that surround us. A week of wonder guaranteed!
The Lost Treasure Navigators
On board, sailors! A quest to find the lost treasure of the Mille Îles River is undertaken throughout the week. Navigators will have to overcome physical and mental challenges to obtain clues and succeed in finding the treasure.
The Little Fishermen
Little fishermen will discover the basics of fishing through fun activities. They will learn how to set up a fishing rod, recognize different species of fish found in the Mille Îles River and fishing techniques.
The Forest Artists *New!
The islands of the Mille Îles River are rich in shapes, colors and textures. Forest artists will draw inspiration from the natural environment in which they find themselves to create works in different mediums. They will use their creativity to integrate their flora and fauna observations into their art.
